Dr. Burçin GÖZLÜKLÜ

He serves as the founder and Managing Partner of Centrum Denetim Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. and its group companies. He is Head of Tax at the Türkiye office of Germany-based ETL Global, one of the world's largest audit and law firms. Centrum, which he founded, received the 'Türkiye's Best Tax Firm' award in 2018 from UK-based International Tax Review (ITR), regarded as one of the world's most reputable research and publishing companies in taxation.

Before establishing Centrum Group, he served as a Tax Account Expert at the Ministry of Finance's Board of Tax Account Experts for 10 years. In 2008, he was appointed Secretary General of the Turkish Accounting Standards Board (now the Public Oversight Authority) and led efforts to incorporate international accounting standards into domestic legislation for nearly three years. During his tenure, he actively participated in drafting the new Turkish Commercial Code (TCC) and represented Türkiye in negotiations with the European Commission on the Company Law chapter of the EU acquis concerning the accounting and audit provisions of the new TCC.

In 2010, he joined Koç Holding A.Ş. as Audit Group Coordinator, was subsequently appointed Tax Management Coordinator, and served as a senior tax executive for Koç Group companies until mid-2014.

He graduated from the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Middle East Technical University, and earned his doctorate in Accounting and Finance at Başkent University.

In 2025-2026, he served as a Board Member Responsible for Finance and Financial Affairs (Treasurer) at Fenerbahçe Sports Club.

He currently serves as an independent board member at publicly listed Yeni Gimat GYO A.Ş. and Armada Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., and as Vice President of the Young Businesspeople Association of Türkiye (TÜGİAD).
